Guidelines and rules: –
- All paid up and life members will be entered into the draw.
- Members names and draw number will be registered for the draw at no cost, unless they specifically request not to entered. Such requests should be submitted to the Club Secretary.
- The draw will usually take place on a day within the third week of March, June, September and December. Members will be notified via email or the club noticeboard of the chosen day in advance.
- The time of the draw will usually be 8.30pm with the winning number and name being announced at that moment but this may be subject to change.
- The prize fund will be a £300 and the draw will be repeated until the prize money is won.
- ONLY members present in the clubroom on the appropriate night at the time of the draw will be eligible to win.
- No one can claim the prize on behalf of another fellow member or partner, either on the draw night or subsequently.
- Prize money will be paid out on the night of the draw directly to the prize draw winner only! This can be done by cash or bank transfer.
- The club will through email, website, Facebook & noticeboards, send reminders to members of the dates and times of the draw and that only those present at the draw can claim their prize.
- The club will, as soon as practically possible after the event announce the winner of the ‘In to Win’ draw and if they were present in the club to claim their prize money.
